Ways to Lower Cholesterol
Higher levels of cholesterol are affecting more people in these changing times than ever before. Here we are discussing bad cholesterol. First, change your diet. Ouch, that hurts. You will hear it repeatedly but don’t forget it is still easier than dealing with heart disease. So here it is again:

d) Take red rice yeast supplements every day.
Second, sorry to add injury to insult here but, you need to get some exercise. The odds of benefiting from the natural ways to lower cholesterol aren’t very good without some exercise. Not only our metabolism but the way we eat is profoundly affected by both our body weight and lifestyle.
Third and in fact part of step one, this one is easy and worth having its own step.
